AMPUTEES AND WAR WOUNDED ASSOCIATION

The Amputees and War Wounded Association was founded in 2002 to ensure that women, children and other vulnerable people affected by the Sierra Leonean civil war have access to the fundamental rights of life, including (but not limited to) adequate livelihood and education.

The Center for Memory and Reparations is supporting the Amputees and War Wounded Association to raise funds and supplies to support its members who are vulnerable and need serious financial and material support to sustain their health and livelihood.  The picture to the left provides information on how to donate clothing, school supplies, etc.

There is also information for those who would like to make cash and Orange Money donations. All donations received through the Center for Memory and Reparations will be delivered to the leaders of the Amputees and War Wounded Association.

Those who prefer to make online donations directly to the Amputees and War Wounded Association can visit their website by clicking here. Where there is difficulty, donors can alsouse the Center for Memory and Reparations paypal donation link - please indicate AWWA when you donate.
